Nautilocalyx forgettii

This species can have attractive bi-colored foliage, as in this photo, but the leaves become more a plain green with more light, as can be seen in a photo of a bed at Royal Botanical Gardens, Edinburgh.  The flowers are small and white.  Another photo of a show plant can be seen here.
