Streptocarpus 'Wiesmoor Hybrid'
The 'Wiesmoor Hybrid' line was very popular for many years, and continues to form the basis for many of the hybrids grown in Europe, and some of those grown in North America. The plants tend to be large and relatively untidy, but the flowers can be enormous, with exotic patterns and colour combinations. They require cooler temperatures than some of the other hybrid lines. An additional example of this type is also illustrated on another page.
